Pure water. Every tap. Every day.
A three-stage whole-home filtration system that treats water where it enters the house, so every tap, shower and appliance receives filtered water — not just the kitchen sink.

What is really in your water?
Water is essential for life, but what is in your daily supply is not always visible to the naked eye. Town water is disinfected with chlorine, which leaves taste and odour behind, while sediment, rust and scale particles travel through ageing pipes into every tap.
What contacts your skin in the shower is as much a part of your daily exposure as what you drink. A whole-home filtration system treats water where it enters your home — one of the most impactful things you can do for your family’s everyday water quality.

The four benefits of pure water
For your family, your home and your future.
Whole-home carbon filtration reduces chlorine, chemical tastes and odours, plus VOCs and pesticides — cleaner, fresher water for your family from every tap.
Your skin absorbs what it contacts. Filtered whole-home water means a gentler shower — softer-feeling skin, less irritation and healthier-looking hair.
Sediment, rust and scale particles wear on your pipes, dishwasher, washing machine and hot water system. Filtering at the point of entry protects them all.
Every household switching from bottled water to whole-home filtration eliminates thousands of single-use plastic bottles annually — a simple choice that adds up.
Inside the FHWR-3S1-20
Three groups of components: the enclosure and frame, the housing and fittings built to last, and the three stages of 5 micron filtration.
Tool-free cover clip
- ·Hold-and-press clip: no screws, no tools, no screw corrosion.
Fully enclosed design
- ·Protects the gauges, with a dedicated recess for the housing wrench.
Stainless steel cover
- ·Durable, UV-protective and corrosion-resistant, with a sleek modern finish.
Stainless steel frame and reinforcement plate
- ·Prevents pipe breakage during filter changes; tougher than plastic-only frames.
Back cover — included
- ·For ground mounting, fully enclosing the housings.
- ·Included as standard.
Stainless steel and glass gauge
- ·Built for longevity, with UV protection and anti-corrosion features.
Stainless steel connector
- ·Heavy-duty for higher water pressures and more resilient than plastic.
- ·Anti-corrosion property prevents secondary contamination.
Double O-ring
- ·Dual seals for added leak protection and less water wastage.
Full-size 20 × 4.5-inch housing
- ·Double the water contact surface, extending filter life.
- ·Food-grade material and no restrictive fittings.
PP-CC sediment + carbon composite
- ·5 μm
- ·Traps sand, rust, silt and scale particles, starts chlorine reduction and protects the carbon blocks for longer filter life.
CTO carbon block
- ·5 μm
- ·Dense coconut shell granular activated carbon for strong chlorine, taste, odour and chemical reduction, with extended contact time.
CTO carbon block — second carbon stage
- ·5 μm
- ·Coconut shell granular activated carbon captures remaining chlorine, taste and odour in a second carbon pass. Sets the system’s 5 μm nominal filtration.
Filter change schedule
Three filters on two different intervals. The sediment stage works hardest and is replaced most often. Intervals are based on standard test conditions.
| Stage | Filter | Rating | Change interval |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stage 1 | PP-CC sediment + carbon composite Replaced most often, as it captures the coarse sediment that would otherwise shorten the life of the carbon blocks. | 5 μm | 6–12 months |
| Stage 2 | CTO carbon block Dense coconut shell activated carbon with extended contact time. | 5 μm | 12–18 months |
| Stage 3 | CTO carbon block — second carbon stage A second carbon pass that sets the system’s nominal filtration. | 5 μm | 12–18 months |
No tools required for filter changes
The FHWR-3S1-20 uses a simple hold-and-press clip mechanism with dedicated filter access space. Easy maintenance, no screws, no specialist tools required — and the filter-housing wrench is stored inside the enclosure.
What affects the interval
Replace sooner if flow drops, the gauge gap widens or taste returns. Intervals are based on standard test conditions, so a supply with high sediment or heavy household use may need filters changed earlier.
Changing at these intervals with genuine ECONOVA filters is also what keeps your lifetime warranty active — see the warranty condition.
Stay protected, stay pure, stay covered.
Your EcoPure system is covered for life — for as long as it runs on genuine ECONOVA filters, changed at the recommended intervals.
Record your install date and activate your lifetime warranty.
By subscription, direct from ECONOVA, or via an authorised distributor.
Cover continues for as long as the system runs on genuine ECONOVA filters.
To maintain lifetime warranty benefits, the system must be fitted with genuine ECONOVA replacement filters supplied through the subscription program or purchased through authorised channels at the recommended intervals.
Warranty cover at a glance
Which warranty applies depends on whether the system is registered and kept on genuine filters.
Installation by a licensed plumber, with a dual check valve and a pressure limiting valve fitted to AS/NZS 3500.1 — the warranty is void without them — and operation within the stated limits. The lifetime warranty is not transferable. Filters are consumables and are not covered; O-rings and seals are covered for 12 months from installation.
